NoiseBLASTER! is an ephemeral art sharing platform by Noise Factor, for compositions created in Noisedeck.app or one of our other tools: Polymorphic, Foundry, or Shade.
We're using the open source shader pipeline from Noisemaker, and the portable effects format defined in Portable.
We call it "ephemeral" because all posts expire after 72 hours. NoiseBLASTER! only indexes the 100 most recent compositions on the front page, and each individual poster has a rolling index of up to 10 (after which they roll off). Our philosophy is that this keeps the content fresh and new. It doesn't have to be perfect, mistakes are welcome.
To post, you must currently have a Noisedeck account, during this initial testing phase. We do plan on opening it up later, so that users of our free tools can post without a subscription. When choosing the "Share publicly..." option in any of our products, you may then also post the work to NoiseBLASTER!.
Hateful, obscene, adult-oriented, or political content is not welcome. Please be cool about it and help us keep it in the abstract.
